Whether it is in her roles as a senior executive operating internationally or an entrepreneur, in her formal education in Economics to her later practice as a professional artist, Simi’s dexterity in business is one that has continually forged new paths. Now, she turns her creative energies towards the wellness space to build a stronger and more resilient global community.

Mitesh joined Sow minerals with nearly a decade of experience in the health and wellness industry. He spearheaded the digitisation of Landy’s Chemist, taking it from a local family pharmacy to a global business retailing in over fifty countries, with a turnover of £10 million. Before landing in retail and e-commerce, Mitesh earned an Economics degree from Warwick University and worked in finance, trading emerging markets currencies for JP Morgan and Royal Bank of Canada in New York and London. It’s this mix of financial know-how, solid nutritional supplement expertise and first-hand insight into the industry, that puts him at a high standing to help redefine the supplements industry with Sow Minerals.

Head of Operations & Partnerships
Doriana was appointed to Sow Minerals to lead the brand from the ground up. With two master’s degrees behind her, in Luxury Brand Management and International Business, she’s well-versed in the retail space. She’s equally as experienced in the start-up scene having co-founded fashion, beauty and lifestyle e-commerce brand Randomly Beauté as well as @Randomly, the biggest female digital platform in her native country, Angola. However, her biggest project remains herself: she’s one of Angola’s top self-made digital opinion-makers, renowned for her unparalleled ability to drive growth and build brand awareness, and is fluent in five languages too.
